Sorry guys for the long wait.
Shuyin made her debut appearance as a form of apology. =P
As you can see we have made some changes to our posting. We have decided to adopt a more flexible method to bring more great stuff to our customes. We are combing local and overseas for fashion goodies which we ourselves love very much. Sometimes we will present them in collections, sometimes just individual items like this. This way, we can update constantly and more promptly instead of accumulating enough designs for one collection.

Polka Dot and Roses operates on a first pay first serve basis.
If you’ve chosen to make payment before receiving an invoice from us, please email us with the following details:

In the event that the item goes out of stock, we will do a full refund as soon as possible.

Leave a comment with the item(s) you want and we will send you an invoice with the necessary details.
Our “first pay first serve” principle applies.

Postage

Normal Mail
Clothing: $1.50 per item

Registered Mail
Registered Mail is an one-off charge of $2.24 on top of the total purchase.

Polka Dot and Roses will not be responsible for lost mail but will try our best to search for them if it unfortunately occurs *touch wood*.
We strongly recommend our customers to opt for registered mail as they can be tracked via Singpost.

Exchange Policy

All items sold are strictly non-refundable. If the item you receive is defected, contact us immediately and we will do an exchange accordingly.
Exchanges will only be made on defected goods. Therefore, please read the measurements and details carefully before making the purchase.
